The company Massimo Rivetti, with its 25 hectares of vineyards, cultivated entirely using organic methods, offers a range of both traditional and international grape varieties.
The annual production is around 100,000 bottles, mainly divided between Barbaresco and Langhe Nebbiolo.
The plots are grouped around three farmhouses: Froi, Garassino, and Bussolino.
In the first one, located in the municipality of Neive, is the winery situated on the Serraboella hill, one of the most important for Barbaresco production.
