Experience information
We will start the experience by visiting the vineyards surrounding the winery and then the winery itself.
Tasting to discover the traditional grape varieties of the Neive area.
The wines will be paired with appetizers, cured meats, and typical cheeses from the region.
During the tasting, the wines, the history, and the philosophy of the winery will be discussed.

Host information
The company Massimo Rivetti, with its 25 hectares of vineyards, cultivated entirely using organic methods, offers a range of both traditional and international grape varieties.
The annual production is around 100,000 bottles, mainly divided between Barbaresco and Langhe Nebbiolo.
The plots are grouped around three farmhouses: Froi, Garassino, and Bussolino.
In the first one, located in the municipality of Neive, is the winery situated on the Serraboella hill, one of the most important for Barbaresco production.
