Castrum Winery

Castrum offers you an evening tasting of the Platinum line wines carefully combined with Gourmet products of the territory for an enchanting experience in the old cellar of the House of Fraccaroli ( sec. XVIII ) - now a unique concept place in Valpolicella, in one of the most characteristic villages of the area: the Square of Castelrotto , near the walls of the old Castrum Rotari ( sec VII ).

During the tasting, carefully selected gastrononomic products are served and paired in line with wines from our winery's PLATINUM collection: the CASTRUM line. Bottles with art labels, each dedicated to a work of the great sculptor Innocenzo Fraccaroli, born in Casa Fraccaroli in 1805 .

Castrum Wine Bistrò offers a tasting of 2 wines, Ripasso and Amarone.
. At the end of the tasting the evening can continue until late in the company of friends or simply to make a " live local" experience of a night.
