The "Vie del Mare" Rosso Merlot and Cabernet from Cantina Vignaioli Morellino di Scansano is a wine that expresses the harmonious encounter between Merlot and Cabernet, two international varieties, and the unique terroir of the Maremma. A refined and enveloping red, offering a perfect balance between the softness of Merlot and the structure of Cabernet. On the palate, the wine is distinguished by its roundness, with ripe fruit notes and a light spiciness. The tannins are soft and well integrated, giving a long and pleasant finish.

From a small group of producers to a point of reference for Morellino di Scansano
Vignaioli del Morellino di Scansano was founded in 1972 by a small group of local producers. The group grew rapidly and in the 1980s made an important choice: to focus on quality rather than quantity.
This decision required huge investments from the members and considerable effort in the vineyard. Not all producers chose to stay, but those who did were particularly motivated.
Today, the sacrifices of those pioneers have paid off. The winery has about 700 hectares of vineyards, mainly in the area around Scansano, Magliano in Toscana and Pitigliano. There are about 170 members and production is always focused on quality.
The cooperative winery is an example of success based on quality with a strong focus on sustainability, both environmental and social, to safeguard our territory, our members and consumers.
Today, the winery is a point of reference for wine enthusiasts from all over the world and helps promote the culture of wine and the Maremma region.

Questa volta siamo tornati con una coppia di amici al Morellino inCanto. Visita guidata della Cantina, degustazione vini e buffet ricco con prodotti tipici locali e, dopo, della buona musica con la coppia bravissima Leopardvjolet. Praticamente una serata perfetta. Grazie di tutto.

Esperienza meravigliosa, giusta combinazione cantina-canto. Ottima organizzazione della serata da parte dello staff in un luogo magnifico nel territorio maremmano.

Le ragazze, nonostante il nostro piccolo ritardo, sono state super professionali e ci hanno accolto e aspettato per il tour in cantina, molto interessante e piacevole, spiegazioni molto accurate per quanto andavamo a degustare, terminando con la possibilità di conviviare mentre si terminano gli assaggi.
Ottimo store.
Consiglio: un piccolo microfono e una piccola cassa per i gruppi numerosi di 20 persone.

Abbiamo avuto il privilegio di fare parte di un gruppo organizzato dalla cooperativa Unicoop Tirreno il 14/12 e l' esperienza era così piacevole da indurci a fare il bis, questa volta, con nostro figlio e amici, per un Wine Brunch. Di nuovo spicca la professionalità delle ragazze
e l' eccellenza dei vini della cantina "Vignaioli del Morellino di Scansano". Una menzione particolare al passito "Pè Sfizio" ma non solo. Grazie a Margareta, Erica e Miriam. Alla prossima.
