Product information
This is our Metodo Classico made from 100% Erbaluce grapes. It is one of the indigenous grape varieties that lends itself most to sparkling with the method of re-fermentation in the bottle. Local history testifies that it was a local practice to produce small quantities of sparkling wine to celebrate family celebrations.
