Carmenere
Carmenère is an intense ruby red wine with a controlled indication of origin.
This 2020 Carmenère releases an intense olfactory bouquet with hints of green pepper and forest fruits.
On the palate, it is warm and round, with a good aromatic persistence.
Ideal with red meats and mature cheeses, it offers an alcohol content of 13% vol. and should be served at a temperature of 18°C to enhance its characteristics.
Harvested between late September and early October, it represents the excellence of local viticulture.
