In 1950, Silvio Nardi bought the Casale del Bosco Estate, becoming the first "outsider" producer in Montalcino. He was among the founding members of the Brunello di Montalcino Wine Consortium in 1967, confirming his commitment and passion for the territory.
The Nardi family has always managed the winery with dedication and passion, striving for quality and investing in research, while preserving the authentic soul of a farm
