The Ballo Angelico Vermentino Toscana IGP from Tenuta L'Impostino is an extraordinary white wine that captures the essence of Tuscany. Vermentino grapes are carefully hand-selected before pressing. The must is left to decant at 10°C overnight before beginning alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 16°C.

Ballo Angelico Vermentino is ideal for those who like fresh, aromatic wines that reflect the Tuscan terroir. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, white fish carpaccio, raw shellfish and fresh cheeses.

This is how Tenuta L'Impostino was born, located on top of a natural amphitheatre facing south-west, at a height of 380 metres, the estate extends over 52 hectares: 20 hectares of gentle slopes with vineyards, surrounded by 30 hectares of suggestive woods of holm oaks and cork oaks, and by 2 hectares of olive trees. The cellar, modern structure of 2000 square meters.

With the traditional shape of outstretched wings that embraces the hillocks of vineyards, overlooking the hill and flanking two old farmhouses, now converted into accommodation, available to guests and connoisseurs of our wines.

In the name, TENUTA L'IMPOSTINO, then the desire to maintain history and the return, as well as in the brand, in which a simple inscription is accompanied by a historical reference: the "Wall Crown", borrowed from the coat of arms of our municipality, Civitella Paganico, and which recalls the origin of a fortified village.

LUNCH IN THE CELLAR

Sono stata con il mio fidanzato in questa splendida cantina per il nostro anniversario. Tra le diverse cantine abbiamo scelto la Tenuta l’Impostino, che leggendo la loro presentazione mi ha ispirato molto ad assaggiare i loro vini. Siamo arrivati in questa Tenuta immersa nel verde, i vigneti e molto curata, dove ci hanno accompagnato chi la gestisce (il Signor Fabio) molto carini e gentili, dove ci ha accompagnato a fare una visita della Tenuta, molto interessante e poi abbiamo proseguito con il pranzo di 3 portate (più dolce) con l’abbinamento dei vini. È stata una bellissima esperienza e una piacevole esperienza! Devo fare i miei complimenti per tutto, sia per il buon pranzo che per i loro eccellenti vini che ci sono piaciuti molto, infatti ne abbiamo comprate diverse bottiglie. Ve lo consiglio vivamente se volete fare un esperienza diversa, in tranquillità in mezzo alla natura. Speriamo di tornarci presto!
