Experience information
includes a tour of the winery (times available at 11:00 am - 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm - 6:00) the tasting of three glasses of wine (Brut, Satèn, Brut Nature) paired with a menu of seasonal products from our biodynamic garden served in a picnic box that may vary slightly according to seasonal diponibility, indicatively they will be semintegral pasta with yellow date sauce-burrata and olive crumble, eggplant meatballs and carrot and almond cake with frosting and flowers.

Spensierata was born in 2014 with the arrival of their first daughter, it is the dream of Cristian Zaninelli and his wife Sara who live with their four children Ginevra, Ettore, Leone and Celeste in the entirely organic farm. A small reality in the heart of Franciacorta that produces wine using the classic method, extra virgin olive oil and vegetables.
Every day we try to apply with commitment and passion our knowledge linked to the land and with the common sense that distinguishes us we pursue a continuous research that goes beyond fashions and extremist sides.
For the production of our wines - Brut and Saten - we have chosen to have vineyards distributed in all the vocational units of Franciacorta in order to have grapes that express the wide range of characteristics that this territory, so small but so heterogeneous, can give.
