Sabaghina is a farm that produces wines in the Oltrepò Pavese region, among the municipalities of Montalto Pavese, Lirio, Pietra de Giorgi, and Montecalvo Versiggia. We started producing wine for sale in the 1960s, but for generations, we have been making it for our families. Today, we have approximately 70 hectares entirely cultivated with vineyards. The location of the vineyards, along with the microclimatic and soil conditions, favors the production of high-quality wines. Experience and tradition combined with modern winemaking technologies are the "secret recipe" for the success of our wines.
The wines we produce at Sabaghina are primarily those of the Oltrepò Pavese tradition. Starting with red wines like Barbera, Buttafuoco, or the traditional Bonarda, and white wines such as Pinot Nero, Riesling Italico, and Pinot Grigio. In addition to these, you can try our Classic Method Sparkling Wines or modern wines like our "45th Parallel" or the surprising "RoseeFiori"
