On the sun-drenched hills of Farra di Soligo, the vines grow according to biodynamic principles, in constant harmony with natural forces and those of a more subtle nature. Col di Manza is born of this balance: an Extra Dry with aromas of wildflowers and ripe fruit, soft and enveloping on the palate, capable of conveying the tranquillity of the hills from which it comes. It is a wine that invites you to slow down, to appreciate the details, to recognise the essential beauty of things when nothing is added — and simply to listen to what the land has to offer.
