The "MERENDA SINOIRA" is a true "dinner snack", hearty, consumed by our grandparents before resuming work in the fields in the late afternoon, with the coolness for them and their oxen, to keep them strong until evening. An explosion of flavors and typical "poor" dishes of the territory, cold cuts, cheeses, jams, bread, breadsticks, tomini al verde, bread with butter and anchovies, Russian salad, raw meat, peppers with bagna cauda, cardoon flan with fondue, and other delicacies always respecting the seasonality of the raw materials.
Accompanied by our wines, this historic experience concludes with Mombaruzzo amaretti and fresh fruit.
