The experience begins with a tour of the winery and a tasting of our wines. You will then be given a basket with our specially selected vacuum-sealed meat and directed to our equipped areas where a grill with wood and charcoal will be ready for lighting.
While waiting for the meat to cook (Chops, Sausages, Skewers, and Ribs), you can enjoy local cold cuts, Piedmontese cheeses with jams and mustards.
Accompanied by our wines in glassware, with bread and breadsticks, seasoned with our Barbera salt, and served on compostable tableware, this historic experience concludes with Mombaruzzo amaretti and fresh fruit.
