The aromatic profile of this Lafonte extra virgin olive oil, produced in the hills of Varignana, in Castel San Pietro Terme (Bologna), in Emilia-Romagna, is distinguished by its distinctive character: a youthful fruitiness, with intense hints of green and vegetal notes, rich in nuances and complexity. Among the most recognisable sensations are hints of aromatic herbs and green tomato leaves, accompanied by hints of bitter vegetables, almonds and light balsamic notes, rounded off by chicory and wild herbs.

The nose reveals a crisp, vigorous and exceptionally clean bouquet. On the palate, the same elegant austerity is confirmed, with a decisive balance that expresses strength and character both on the nose and in the mouth.
