You will then explore the panoramic meeting room, which offers breathtaking views of the estate's vineyards, before heading to the production area to witness the winemaking process firsthand.

In the winery, you will discover where the wines are aged in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels. The experience also includes a look at the unique aging method using ceramic amphorae, an experiment crafted by artisans from Grottaglie.

The tour concludes with a wine tasting in the showroom, within the historic Masseria Borgo dei Trulli.
You will taste 3 wines - two current vintages and a premium selection - paired with fresh baked goods, dairy products, and local cured meats.
