PICNIC IN THE VINEYARD AT SUNSET

The Tenuta di Castellaro winery is the realization of a great project, where passion and dream have merged in a perfect union, creating a unique excellence of its kind. The millenary alberello, grown organically in the 30 hectares of vineyards, preserves the precious fruit that gives birth to blends sought after by the unique taste, Etna DOC, Malvasia delle Lipari DOC and Terre Siciliane IGT... pure expression of the volcanic territory of Lipari and Etna, uncontaminated places that have welcomed us with their natural adversities.

Tenuta di Castellaro is a monument dedicated to the landscape, art, architecture and technology, in full respect of nature and traditions:
- The barrel cellar, completely underground and built in vernacular architecture, tells the different geological eras through the vaults and columns: the 22,000 years of history create a magical environment, where our wine is aged and refined in oak barrels;
- The wind tower, used by ancient populations since the 10th century BC, was built with futuristic technologies: it consists of a fireplace and a thermolabyrinth that create a natural air conditioning system;
- the landscape brings to mind scents and flavors that generate unforgettable sensations;
- The sun, which at sunset plunges into the sea between Alicudi, Filicudi and Salina, gives the most romantic vision of what nature can offer.
