Tone and strengthen your body with the help of small equipment, improve your flexibility, and achieve mental and physical balance through movement and mindful breathing. In 2026, we’re expanding our Wine Experiences to include Pilates classes with views of the vineyards!
Programme
- 09:00 | Meet at Le Cantorie Franciacorta
- 09:00 – 10:00 | Pilates class suitable for all levels (bodyweight exercises and using small equipment), set amidst nature and overlooking our vineyards.
- 10:30 | Guided tour of the winery and production areas, with an explanation of the Franciacorta method and the wines we produce.
- 11:30 | Picnic in the vineyard with glass wine glasses, cutlery, a wine cooler bag and a soft blanket to relax on the grass.
The picnic box is for two people and includes:
- A bottle of Franciacorta DOCG
- A 50 ml bottle of water
- Gourmet club sandwich with turkey, tomatoes and club sauce
- Cold wholemeal pasta with vegetables
- Vitello tonnato served on a bed of mixed salad leaves with caper blossoms
- Small pastries and baked goods

At the peak of the Casaglio hill in Gussago (Brescia), in the easternmost part of Franciacorta, stands Le Cantorie, a family-run winery. Here, among the green rows and the blue sky, rises an elegant and imposing structure, clad with locally hand-crafted stones sourced directly from the hill where the vineyards grow.
Founded in 2005 thanks to the idea of Emiliano and Maria's third daughter, Elisabetta, Le Cantorie is today a small gem not only architecturally but also, and above all, in terms of production. From the first few hundred bottles, over the last twenty years, Le Cantorie has reached a production of 75,000 bottles a year, all produced with the 14 hectares of owned vineyards, located near the winery and only in hilly positions.
The management of the winery is in the hands of sisters Erika and Elisabetta, the first wine producers in the family that has always worked in the wine industry. Every weekend, together with an all-female team, they open the doors of the winery to tell the story of the family and the philosophy that guides them. All experiences include a visit to the entire structure: an immersive experience discovering panoramic points, historic vineyards, thermo-conditioned steel tanks, large stacks, and oak barrels for wine aging, immersed in an environment that skillfully mixes stone, glass, and wood.

Passion Four Glasses
Dopo la strada che si inerpica sulla collina, si arriva alla tenuta Le Cantorie e si apre un bel panorama sui vigneti. Accoglienza da parte di una delle proprietarie, ragazza vivace e appassionata che illustra la storia della cantina, gestita interamente da donne, la filosofia sottesa, gli sforzi per farla crescere e le soddisfazioni finora ottenute. Racconto intrecciato con ricordi di infanzia che rendono la visita più intima.
Degustazione di 4 calici di vino a scelta accompagnati da un piatto di appetizer gustoso ma, a parere mio, da aumentare o suddividere in due tranche, in modo da permettere l'accompagnamento con tutti i vini. Location molto articolata aperta a matrimoni ed eventi.

Seems to be in paradise. An enchanting hillside of vineyards, cool wind that doesn't make you feel the heat of the sun, a magnificent family-run winery/castle. A soft, refined wine accompanies this heavenly setting. Thank you all for this Experience.
