Revelation, Essence, and Passion: three names, three different ways to connect with our reality and our wines. Our tastings are distinguished by the option to choose the wines to taste, allowing each guest's tastes and preferences to be met.
After the guided tour of the vineyards and the production cellar, which includes an explanation of the Franciacorta Method and our wines, we will move to one of the many spaces in the cellar to taste 2 glasses accompanied by a plate of local products - curated by Boccon d’Oro Events.
The experience includes:
- Cellar visit with an explanation of our philosophy, the Franciacorta method, and our wines
- Tasting of 2 glasses of our wines, chosen from Franciacorta DOCG and local reds
- Tasting plate consisting of: potato rösti with robiola fondue, Brescia salami, aged Maniva DOP cheese from Valtrompia, and polenta bar with crispy peppered bacon
- Water, bread, and service charge
Option to add glasses to the tasting on-site, including reserves, at an additional price.
Option to request menu variations at the time of booking - allergies, intolerances, vegan or vegetarian menu.

At the peak of the Casaglio hill in Gussago (Brescia), in the easternmost part of Franciacorta, stands Le Cantorie, a family-run winery. Here, among the green rows and the blue sky, rises an elegant and imposing structure, clad with locally hand-crafted stones sourced directly from the hill where the vineyards grow.
Founded in 2005 thanks to the idea of Emiliano and Maria's third daughter, Elisabetta, Le Cantorie is today a small gem not only architecturally but also, and above all, in terms of production. From the first few hundred bottles, over the last twenty years, Le Cantorie has reached a production of 75,000 bottles a year, all produced with the 14 hectares of owned vineyards, located near the winery and only in hilly positions.
The management of the winery is in the hands of sisters Erika and Elisabetta, the first wine producers in the family that has always worked in the wine industry. Every weekend, together with an all-female team, they open the doors of the winery to tell the story of the family and the philosophy that guides them. All experiences include a visit to the entire structure: an immersive experience discovering panoramic points, historic vineyards, thermo-conditioned steel tanks, large stacks, and oak barrels for wine aging, immersed in an environment that skillfully mixes stone, glass, and wood.

Passion Four Glasses
Dopo la strada che si inerpica sulla collina, si arriva alla tenuta Le Cantorie e si apre un bel panorama sui vigneti. Accoglienza da parte di una delle proprietarie, ragazza vivace e appassionata che illustra la storia della cantina, gestita interamente da donne, la filosofia sottesa, gli sforzi per farla crescere e le soddisfazioni finora ottenute. Racconto intrecciato con ricordi di infanzia che rendono la visita più intima.
Degustazione di 4 calici di vino a scelta accompagnati da un piatto di appetizer gustoso ma, a parere mio, da aumentare o suddividere in due tranche, in modo da permettere l'accompagnamento con tutti i vini. Location molto articolata aperta a matrimoni ed eventi.

Seems to be in paradise. An enchanting hillside of vineyards, cool wind that doesn't make you feel the heat of the sun, a magnificent family-run winery/castle. A soft, refined wine accompanies this heavenly setting. Thank you all for this Experience.

Bellissima location in cima alla collina con vista sui vigneti terrazzati. Vini bianchi di ottima qualità e con mia sorpresa ho potuto degustare anche dei rossi fantastici accompagnati da ottimi prodotti locali. Fantastica anche l'accoglienza delle proprietarie che gestiscono la cantina con amore e professionalità. Visita consigliatissima!
