Visit to the more recent winery: focus on spontaneous fermentations, Groppello di Mocasina, and our organic philosophy with minimal intervention.
A stroll in the vineyard and near the forest to understand the peculiarities of the morainic amphitheater.
To conclude: tasting of 4 wines from our production (varies depending on availability) paired with a selection of local artisanal cured meats and mountain cheeses from small producers in the Valle Sabbia. Water, bread, and breadsticks.
