An enchanting dinner under the Franciacorta sky, accompanied by a selection of our finest wines, the vibrant atmosphere of live music, and the pleasure of sharing special moments with friends, family, or anyone you wish to bring along.
The evening will begin with a guided tour of the winery, including an introduction to the Franciacorta Traditional Method. This will be followed by a dinner featuring local specialties, paired with a tasting of our Franciacorta wines carefully matched to each course.

The winery is located in the middle of the vineyards and is equipped with the most modern processing plants.
Here the Ambrosini family dedicates itself with passion to the cultivation of eight hectares of vineyards, destined for the Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir vines.
