Our cellar
Beautiful ancient times and fascinating pupils mark the sky and the pathway where the yeast and time work is marked. The recovery of the historic cellars combined with the creation of new underground spaces has provided the Bonomi Castle estate of wineries with an extension of more than 1500 meters.
Sophisticated, air-conditioned spaces at differentiated temperatures help to optimize white wines, red wines and Franciacorta DOCG in French oak barriques.

Scenario suggestivo per chi si appresta alla visita alle tenute di Castello Bonomi. Il Castello, che non è visitabile, domina le pendici del monte Orfano e incornicia un'azienda vitivinicola biologica molto interessante. Ben organizzata la visita, purtroppo il temporale non ha permesso di camminare tra i vigneti, ma la cantina e la spiegazione hanno trovato l'interesse del nutrito gruppo di sabato 24 Febbraio 2024. La degustazione ha concluso degnamente l'esperieza. Visita consigliata.
Molto interessante la visita alla Cantina. Bravissimo il ragazzo che l'ha condotta.
