Franciacorta Festival - Dosso experience beef tartare
Durante il recente Festival del Franciacorta ho partecipato con mia moglie ad una degustazione di alcuni Franciacorta e V.S.Q. in abbinamento a tartare di manzo e formaggi di varie stagionature.
Fra i vari vini degustati mi ha entusiasmato il Rosé dosaggio Zero, un V.S.Q. 100% pinot noir, un vitigno molto difficile da allevare e da utilizzare in purezza. Veramente un ottimo prodotto. Complimenti!

da amanti della Franciacorta non avevamo ancora provato questa cantina. siamo stati subito ben accolti al tavolone in ambiente caldo e cordiale. siamo quindi partiti con gli assaggi sia dei vini (bianco, rosso, bolla) che di prodotti del territorio con excursus di prodotto e storici, molto ben strutturati e mai pesanti. ci siamo poi spostati al deposito delle botti con spiegazioni dettagliate sulle tempistiche di conservazione e fermentazione, dopodichè siamo discesi nello scantinato dove riposano le bottiglie e lì abbiamo concluso la visita. consiglio.

Trovato per caso! Cercavamo una degustazione di rossi, cosa non scontata per la Franciacorta e siamo capitati qui.
Devo dire che l'esperienza è stata super, ambiente molto casalingo, persone cordiali e simpatiche, cibo di accompagnamento buono e vino di qualità, decisamente da gustare e degustare.
Luca e la sua famiglia ci mettono tantissima passione, sia nel presentare i loro vini che nel raccontare la loro storia, come dice lui non è simpatico a tutti per i suoi modi, ma a noi è piaciuto.
Ci torneremo sicuramente e nel frattempo ringraziamo tutti per la bella domenica trascorsa.

Ci siamo recati in coppia in questa cantina per una degustazione, possiamo solo dire che è stata un esperienza bellissima, sia come percorso enologico, che come esperienza personale, Luca, ha saputo trasmetterci la passione e l’emozione che in altri percorsi non abbiamo provato. Vogliamo ringraziare Luca per questa meravigliosa esperienza e ci auguriamo che tu e la tua famiglia possiate avere il successo che meritate.
Consiglio questa cantina non solo per la qualità del vino, ma per la varietà.

I highly recommend wine tasting at “Il Dosso”. My experience consisted of tasting tre wines of their making and a tour in the canteen.
Great value for money! This was se second time I went there, both occasions were birthday presents I choose to give.
Would definitely go back again!!
