The experience includes a winery visit with the producer, followed by a guided tasting of three vintage Dosaggio Zero Franciacorta, paired with selected local cured meats and cheeses, chosen to enhance every nuance of the wine. Matteo Archetti will guide you through a tasting journey of 4 selected vintages: - Franciacorta vintage 2021 Extra brut Cuvée No.5 33 months on lees disgorgement 10/2024; - Franciacorta vintage 2020 Extra brut Cuvée No.5 38 months on lees disgorgement 05/2024; - Franciacorta vintage 2018 Extra brut Cuvée No.5 E.L 36 months on lees disgorgement 05/2022; - Franciacorta vintage 2017 Extra brut Cuvée No.5 E.L 40 months on lees disgorgement 07/2021.
