The Bonfadini winery was founded in 1956 with grandfather Giovanni, who had always been a direct grower in Franciacorta. Graziano, one of his 7 sons, inherited a love for the land and a desire to create something special with the grapes they had always grown. So in 1993 he took over his father's business and continued to cultivate the vineyards, selling the grapes to the big companies in Franciacorta.

Cantina visitata in occasione del festival del franciacorta 2021.
Bellissima location molto grande ideale per eventi a due passi dal lago di Iseo.
Organizzazione impeccabile, orari e tempistiche rispettati con molta precisione.
Visita effettuata con la proprietaria che si è dimostrata molto gentile e disponibile nonché preparatissima a rispondere alle più svariate domande anche piuttosto tecniche
La produzione di franciacorta è molto curata e tutta la gamma si distingue per aver una personalità ben delineata, molto ricercata e piuttosto elegante.
