Farina's voyage of discovery will begin in the vineyard, in the fascinating setting of the Valpolicella Classica, exploring the traditional practice of drying the grapes in the fruit loft, and giving you a taste of the art of making wine in the cellar and the wisdom of maturing it in barrels, barriques and in the new, evocative concrete amphorae.

Your palate will be delighted by a guided tasting of the fruit of such passion, our selection of wines.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Wine Tour of the winery. Light Lunch with tasting of 6 wines with platters of local cold cuts and cheeses, focaccia, dessert and tasting of Grappa di Amarone.
