In the magic of the autumn atmosphere among centuries-old olive groves and quiet landscapes, we are waiting for you to discover together this tradition strongly linked to our territory: the manual harvesting of olives.
After a brief introduction on the curiosities of the olive tree and the benefits of extra-virgin olive oil, you will be actively involved in laying nets under the trees and harvesting olives.
Stroking the bark, discovering the age of the trees, defoliating the olives, learning about and smelling the pomace and paste of the olives just produced in our small mill are the most significant moments of this sensory journey that culminates in the tasting of the very first fruit: extra virgin olive oil.
We will complete the experience in the garden veranda where we will prepare for you a tasty brunch with five Sicilian specialties including local cheeses, tasty salami, vegetables from our garden, homemade bread with extra virgin olive oil, delicious citrus jellies, organic honey.
All enriched by the tasting of a wine that evokes all the warmth of the Mediterranean.
The Lawn, the animal area, the garden of aromas, the organic vineyard and citrus grove are at your disposal to fully experience the colors and smells of the Sicilian countryside.

The Bio Fattoria Augustali is in Sicily between the provinces of Trapani and Palermo in the centre of the Gulf of Castellammare in the most fertile part of Bosco Falconeria between Alcamo and Partinico, an area so dear to Frederick II of Swabia.
The family's vineyards and olive groves extend over twelve hectares in the gentle hilly landscape that descends towards the sea, once called the "garden" because it was a fertile and evocative land.
The winery is supervised by oenologist Vincenzo Bambina and his wife Finella, a beekeeper and educational factor; together with them, visitors can share the rhythms, scents and flavours of the Sicilian countryside.
Immersed in the company's vineyards, the winery encapsulates all the company philosophy: respect for the raw material and the surrounding territory. It takes up the square shape of the typical 19th-century Sicilian baglio.
