The 'experience consists of a guided tour of the winery and if time permits in the vineyard, where the winemaking and aging process will be explained, followed by tasting of 5 of our wines (2 Linea Classica 3 Linea Selection silver labels) accompanied by tasting of local meats and cheeses.
Host information
Located in the heart of Piedmont, on the rolling hills of Monferrato, the Società Agricola Angelini Paolo consists of 40 hectares planted with vineyards spread over soils ranging from the most calcareous to the most clayey. Every single variety has found its ideal place to give the best results.
The recently renovated cellar, together with production techniques aimed at exalting the typicality of each single grape variety, allows us to have a range of wines very varied and closely linked to our territory.
History has taught us respect for the classic grape varieties of Monferrato, such as Barbera and Grignolino, while curiosity has made us dare with Viognier and Syrah. Four generations of winemakers, for a future with roots that go back 100 years of history and experience.
