The Wine tour begins between the rows where you will be accompanied by the Costantini Family, who will passionately tell you the story of the particular terroir of the Castelli Romani and of their family; retrace with them all the major stages of production (crushing, winemaking and aging) walking inside the winery, the barrique cellar to the cave.
At the end of the guided tour there will be a tasting, during which you will taste:
-Sparkante Brut -Villa dei Preti Frascati Superiore Docg -La Torraccia Igp -Ferro e Seta Igp (or Cannellino di Frascati Docg)
All accompanied by a board with artisanal salami, aged cheese and wood-fired pizza." To conclude, Serpette will be served to accompany the Cannellino.
Indications: 2 km from the Monte Porzio Catone highway exit, 5.5 km from the Frascati train station (possibility of transfer from the station via Castelli Romani ncc) and 2 km from the Colle Mattia station.
Included Services: free internal parking, bathroom inside the structure, possibility of purchase and payment with cards, pets allowed (better to communicate before arrival).
The tour can be adapted to the needs of people with limited mobility.

Tradition, dedication and passion for Frascati since 1982
The winery has a family tradition that began in the Marche region and continued in the Frascati area when in 1982 Piero Costantini bought the vineyards in Monte Porzio Catone that once belonged to Cardinal Pallotta with the intention of producing a prestigious wine.
Today, the estate is owned by Lorenzo Costantini, a renowned oenologist and lover of the wines of Lazio. Lorenzo believes in Frascati and in its great potential, he believes that the soil of the Castelli makes the wines produced in this area unique and that the climate favours the perfect ripening of the grapes; the pedoclimatic vocation finds its maximum expression in the cultivation of the autochthonous variety par excellence: the Malvasia Puntinata (or of Lazio), it is our intention therefore to create a Frascati with 80% of Malvasia del Lazio to give life to a unique and typical wine of the territory.
The Villa Simone winery is also committed to respecting the environment, reducing the consumption of water, energy and pesticides to a minimum with the help of advanced equipment and technology.
