The Belrosso, Toscana IGT Canaiolo, represents a wine that celebrates the native Canaiolo variety, expressing the best of its characteristics in a Tuscan context.
Made exclusively from Canaiolo grapes, harvested by hand during full ripeness, the wine undergoes fermentation in steel vats for about twelve days. Subsequently, it continues its maturation process in the same vats for several months, allowing the wine to fully develop its character and complexity.
From the 2021 vintage and with an alcohol content of 13%, Belrosso comes in the classic 750 ml format and is recommended to be served at a temperature between 14 and 18°C to best enhance its aromatic and taste profile.
On the nose, the wine is distinguished by a fruity aroma, with particular notes of cherry that anticipate a fresh and very drinkable taste. Tannins are absent, giving Belrosso a pleasantness that invites you to sip it with pleasure.
This wine goes perfectly with a variety of dishes, including cured meats, fresh cheeses and pizza, thanks to its versatility and its ability to enrich every convivial moment with simplicity and authentic Tuscan taste.
