This food and wine journey will take you on a journey to discover the history of our winery, located in the evocative premises of the 12th century tower. Lunch will be a complete gastronomic experience, with typical Umbrian dishes designed to enhance each wine pairing. The menu includes: Appetizer: board of cold cuts and cheeses, with typical Umbrian products First course: tagliatelle alla contadina or baked pasta . Second course: suckling pig in porchetta, baked potatoes and salad Dessert: Umbrian tozzetti To accompany each dish, a selection of our best wines: 2 whites, 2 reds and 1 sweet fortified wine, chosen to offer a complete tasting experience. A perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the green heart of Italy and experience a day of good wine, cuisine and tradition. Upon request, it is also possible to book the experience on SATURDAY and SUNDAY for groups of a minimum of 10 people. The welcome is personally made by the Goretti family inside the premises of the historic tower from which one can admire the surrounding landscape and listen to the story of the family limelight, narrated by the protagonists themselves. Afterwards, the visit will move to the production and winemaking premises where our guests will be able to see up close where centuries-old secrets and passionate care for each individual grape are transformed into a unique and sublime product. At the end of the tour, we will head to the splendid tasting room where you can discover and enjoy the best expression of our finest wines, selected and served in crystal goblets appropriate to each wine, expertly paired with our local specialties, for a delicious and memorable experience.
