In the heart of Franciacorta, at the foot of Mount Orfano, a unique winery, in an extraordinary land.
The oenological approach has always been aimed at respecting the characteristics of the grapes with a progressive containment of chemical interventions both in the field and in the cellar. The commitment to respect the natural and biological complexity of the wines is a priority.
Since 2006 Riccardo Fratus has decided to take a forward-looking path. Increasing attention has been paid to the care and respect of the territory. The producer's will was clear right from the start:
to propose a natural wine, an organic method that took into account the precious peculiarities of the territories of Franciacorta and enhanced the extraordinary organoleptic qualities.
A philosophy first of all: to respect nature in order to respect oneself.
