Dominè Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC Classico Superiore

Dominè brings to mind an old emporium in the area where people used to stop and taste a glass of Verdicchio. It is the wine linked to research, to experimentation, to our curiosity of always wanting to discover something new about this great grape.
Straw yellow, it has aromas of peach, almond, citrus and yellow flowers. In the mouth it is enveloping, fresh and with a long salty finish.

The Pievalta farm is located in the Marche region, in the province of Ancona, in Maiolati Spontini, in the heart of the Castles of Jesi, an area characterized by small medieval villages, closed by high walls and known for the production of Verdicchio.

In Pievalta we practice organic and biodynamic agriculture.

The vineyards are managed with green manure between the rows and with biodynamic preparations to encourage the formation of fertile humus, vitalize the growth of plants and respect the territory.
