In Casatico di Langhirano, just steps away from the Torrechiara Castle, lies our artisanal winery. We are in the heart of the Emilian Food Valley, where Parma Ham PDO, Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, and the wines of the hills intertwine in a unique symphony of flavors.

Our name — Traditional Wines — tells our mission: to revive the ancient wine-making tradition of Parma through sparkling wines produced using the traditional Emilian method and bottle fermentation.
Each of our bottles is a new interpretation of Parma wine: authentic, high-quality, and deeply connected to the history and culture of these hills.

Our vineyards follow organic and biodynamic principles. We intervene as little as possible, filtering only when necessary. Because we believe that the best wine is the one that tells, with purity and sincerity, the story of the land from which it originates.
