Product information

A full-bodied and characterful red wine, made from pure Sagrantino, grown on sedimentary soils at 280 m above sea level, with exposure to the East and South-East.

The harvest, manual in small crates, takes place in the second half of October.

After 8 days of fermentation on the skins, the wine undergoes alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel.

It is then aged for 18 months in 26 hl French and Slovenian oak barrels, followed by 9–12 months in stainless steel and a bottle aging of at least 6–8 months.

A wine for contemplation, an authentic symbol of Montefalco.

Fratelli Pardi Winery, continuity in tradition.

“Our wines have their own personality. Each vintage presents itself differently from the others, and it is our particular interest to respect what nature offers us, without forcing or manipulating our products in any way. We strongly believe in our territory, its culture, and winemaking tradition, and we intend to communicate all this to the world through a bottle that can convey our values on its own.”
