Experience information
The experience begins with a tasting of a glass of our Frascati spumante accompanied by bruschetta with our bio evo oil on our porch. We then proceed with a guided tour of the winery and an explanation of the various winemaking and bottling processes adopted at the winery. Afterwards there will be a tasting of more of our wines accompanied by our tasting menu offering porchetta, sliced meats, ricotta romana, chickpeas with rosemary and our ever-present wine donuts.
Host information
We are a family business that has always been involved in the world of wine. Our vineyards and winery are located in the Colle Mattia area just a few kilometers from the railway station of Colle Mattia and the Monteporzio Catone highway exit.
We love our land and have always been committed to a healthier and less polluted environment. We have been organic since 1996 and are very attentive to quality and respect for nature. We try to convey our love for the land and our wines to all customers and visitors to our winery who choose one of the proposed experiences.
