We take you along the hills surrounding Asolo with a glass in hand.
We will taste four bubbles that differ in origin, quality and production method, four labels that represent our philosophy: to intervene as little as possible in the vineyard and in the cellar to allow the natural qualities of our territory to express themselves to the fullest.
On the one hand the Asolo Prosecco in the two types Extra Brut and Extra Dry: the great classics, the inevitable, sparkling wines to try and discover. On the other hand ColFondo Agricolo and Vecchie Uve, the pride of our production, two wines that make you travel through time and space.
Hours:
Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 18.30
Saturday from 09.00 to 12.00 and from 15.00 to 17.30
Sunday: by appointment subject to availability

Everything started more than 40 years ago, when dad Danilo, still a student of enology, met mom Antonella and with her a great farmer, grandfather Ilario. From a vineyard of a little more than one hectare of Malvasia around the house, started the adventure of a small family business which slowly grew up and conquered one dream after another. This is how the story of this company began and today it continues day after day with the energy and passion of Luca and Paola.
Today Bele Casel owns 12 hectares of vineyards between Monfumo, Maser and Cornuda on the hills surrounding Asolo and they are waiting for you in Caerano di San Marco to tell you their story, the story of a winery and of a family which was able to turn a dream into reality.
