Experience information
When you arrive, you will be greeted by the sommelier who will accompany you to discover the original geographical location, but most importantly, the company's curiosities and philosophy.
Weather permitting, you will initially have the opportunity to walk through the nearest representative vineyards. After that you will have the opportunity to visit the winery, where seasonality may allow a tasting of must or wine previews straight from the tank.
After the guided tour is over, you will continue to the tasting room, where in the colder months the ever-burning fireplace is the master, and in the warmer months you can enjoy the coolness of the cellar inside and the hilly breeze outside.
In every season you will always find 7 different wines to taste, the best available at different times of the year or those that most intrigue you, which will be accompanied by selected quality cheeses, home-grown cured meats, piadina and monovarietal and multivarietal EVO oil.
In addition, at the end of the tasting you will receive a gift of 2 bottles from your favorite ones.
Throughout the experience, space will be given for your questions and requests for further investigation, such as for winemaking methodologies, olfactory perceptions or food-wine pairings.

Vittorio, in the field since 2000, carries out integrated pest management and refines his own system of disease control and prevention not approved by anyone but built on our reality, minimizing phytosanitary interventions, evaluating the most sustainable type of intervention for the plant, and selecting grapes that are all harvested manually.
