WINERY TOUR WITH LUNCH/DINNER
Siamo stati accolti con soddisfazione da parte nostra. Ci è stata fatta una breve storia sulle caratteristiche dei vitigni per capire come nascono i vari tipi di vino. Abbiamo effettuato una visita alla cantina, dopodiché ci hanno fatto sedere con un tagliere con crostini e formaggi tali da preparare il palato per assaporare al meglio i vari tipi di vino. Poi noi abbiamo cenato con i pici fatti a mano conditi con ragù bianco di maiale di cinta. Strepitosi! Per non parlare del secondo, anche quello di maiale di cinta, veramente squisito! Per finire cantuccini con vin santo.
Inoltre noi abbiamo dormito con il nostro camper nel parcheggio della cantina. Perciò grande accoglienza per noi. Grazie mille ai proprietari.
