La Gironda

This experience is dedicated to those who wish to get closer to our world and start to understand the work behind every wine. We will begin with the vineyards, to observe the character of the soils and the Barbera cycle throughout the year. The visit will continue in the winery and the barrel room, where we will explain the choices that guide each stage of production with care and precision. The tasting will continue with the sampling of four wines from our production (excluding Nizza Riserva), accompanied by a selection of local products. This journey allows you to navigate through our labels and understand the differences among the selected wines, leaving room for questions and dialogue.

The Roots is the moment when we share who we are and the origins of our work. The experience will begin among the vineyards, in the heart of the Nizza DOCG territory, and will continue in the winery and barrel cellar; here, we will delve into the choices behind each wine, from harvest to aging. In the tasting room, you can select 5 wines from our production, including the Nizza Riserva DOCG, of which we are proud. During the tasting, we will share a bit about ourselves: the winery, our family, and the Nizza DOCG appellation, a Piedmont excellence and the core of our work. The tasting will be accompanied by a carefully selected array of local products.

Time is dedicated to those who wish to explore Nizza through its vintages and understand how the years make a wine great. After visiting the vineyards, the winery, and the barrel cellar, the tasting will continue in the dedicated room, with five wines selected by us to illustrate the evolution of our production. We will start with our Galandrino, a Metodo Classico sparkling wine aged for five years in the cellars, and then focus vertically on Nizza DOCG, tasting: • Le Nicchie Nizza DOCG, current vintage; • Ago Nizza Riserva DOCG, current vintage; • Le Nicchie Nizza DOCG, 2 historical vintages from our private cellar. A comparison that allows you to follow two parallel stories: that of the Nizza DOCG designation and that of our winery.
