The event "The Spit in the Cellar" welcomes you to a magical atmosphere where wine culture meets the most authentic flavors of our region.
The evening begins at 7:30 PM with a fascinating guided tour within the walls of our cellar, an OPTIONAL OPPORTUNITY but fully included in the package to discover up close how our Franciacorta wines are made.
Following this, from 8:30 PM, the spotlight will shift to the table with the start of dinner. The journey begins with a selection of local appetizers, designed to prepare us for the arrival of the true star of the evening: the traditional Brescia spit, accompanied by classic polenta. To end on a sweet note, a delicious dessert will not be missing.
Each course will be enhanced and accompanied by our Franciacorta wines, capable of highlighting every nuance of this typical dinner. To make the atmosphere even more special, there will be live music in the background, accompanying the entire evening to give you a complete experience of taste, relaxation, and conviviality.
As spring approaches, as we know, in agriculture we must start some preparations: ours? The pruning of the vine naturally, strictly done with the simple Guyot method, as French tradition wants. What is it about? It is, working on each plant individually, to prune the vine so that it is one
