A name that holds a shared project between grandfather and grandson who share the same name, the same land, and the same deep passion for the vineyard.
On this special morning, we will savor the first three vintages born from this generational dialogue. A story where the wisdom of the past meets the energy of the future, united in the elegance of a timeless bubble.
The experience and tasting
A technical and emotional journey through 6 glasses. For each of the 3 vintages, we will experience an extraordinary comparison:
• The first glass: from the marketed bottle.
• The second glass: tasting of the same vintage, but revealed with dégorgement à la volée performed live, to truly grasp the soul of the wine.
