Sono stata con il mio fidanzato in questa splendida cantina per il nostro anniversario. Tra le diverse cantine abbiamo scelto la Tenuta l’Impostino, che leggendo la loro presentazione mi ha ispirato molto ad assaggiare i loro vini.
Siamo arrivati in questa Tenuta immersa nel verde, i vigneti e molto curata, dove ci hanno accompagnato chi la gestisce (il Signor Fabio) molto carini e gentili, dove ci ha accompagnato a fare una visita della Tenuta, molto interessante e poi abbiamo proseguito con il pranzo di 3 portate (più dolce) con l’abbinamento dei vini. È stata una bellissima esperienza e una piacevole esperienza! Devo fare i miei complimenti per tutto, sia per il buon pranzo che per i loro eccellenti vini che ci sono piaciuti molto, infatti ne abbiamo comprate diverse bottiglie. Ve lo consiglio vivamente se volete fare un esperienza diversa, in tranquillità in mezzo alla natura. Speriamo di tornarci presto!

- A complete culinary and sensory journey into the heart of Veronese tradition, with a guided tasting of six glasses from our collection (Vanni Bianco, Valpolicella Classico Valpolicella Superiore, Valpolicella Classico, Ripasso, Vanni igt Amarone, and Recioto).
- Gastronomic pairing:
- The Starter: A selection of cured meats and cheeses with mustard and homemade pickles.
- The First Course: Traditional Amarone Risotto by Vantorosso or Tagliatelle with ragù.
- The Final Dessert: The typical artisanal Sbrisolona cake.

Vanni was a rally driver and car tester. A racing champion. His story is a journey of success, marked by perseverance and ambition. These are the same qualities he has brought to this new wine project: Vantorosso. Those who know Vanni know that his life has always been about trajectories, curves, and adrenaline.
But the most beautiful challenges are the ones you don't expect. Vantorosso doesn't come from generations of historic winemakers; it originates from a bet with oneself, the desire to start from scratch, with feet on the ground and a lot of humility.
There is a precise moment when speed gave way to patience. Today, the same concentration needed on the track is required among the rows of Valpolicella; the meticulous attention to detail has shifted from the engine to the vineyard. Transitioning from sports driving to the slow pace of the tractor was a return to the land, to real things.
For us, making wine means this: respect for time, honest labor, and the pride of seeing an idea transform into a great wine. When you enter our winery, you don't enter a company like many others: you enter our story, made of challenges, engines, and sincere glasses.
The name Vantorosso is not tied to a family surname but comes from a pure emotion: the one Vanni felt while testing a car from a famous Italian automotive brand. It's not about boasting for merit or special skills; the underlying idea is profoundly different. Here, the concept of "pride" is linked with the dream, the challenge, and the ambition to do well, combined with the desire for this project to continue over time, beyond those who started it.
