We are a small family-run business nestled in the heart of Val di Cembra, an area recognized as a Historic Rural Landscape of Italy. For us at Tenuta Gottardi, led by the dedication of Franco and Carlo, winemaking means preserving a legacy from fathers and grandfathers: a "heroic" viticulture made of hard work, respect, and the pursuit of excellence. With tenacity and meticulous attention to every detail, we transform the fruits of our land into mountain wines and sparkling wines of great elegance and distinct character. 

Stone and Vine: The Union of Our Land.

Ours has always been a harsh and rugged land, where the vineyard meets the porphyry, the red gold of the valley, which for generations has been a source of work and sustenance. Among extreme slopes and over 700 kilometers of dry stone walls made of porphyry stone, descending to the Avisio stream with drops of up to 600 meters, our project arises. It is in this perfect meeting between the craftsmanship of the stone setter and the art of viticulture that the soul, pride, and strength of Tenuta Gottardi reside.

Tenuta Gottardi is "Winery of the Year – Gran Vinitaly 2026". To complete this unforgettable moment, our Trento DOC Extra Brut Riserva Posad’Or 2017 wins the title of "Best Italian Wine 2026" with an exceptional score of 98/100. A great pride for our family and for our entire territory.
