After a walk through vineyards and gardens, the tasting of three wines reveals our philosophy of simplicity and authenticity. Everything is accompanied by our naturally leavened bread, made with our own organic whole grain flours, and a sample of our organic extra virgin olive oil, to rediscover the purity of the Franciacorta countryside in taste.

Spensierata was born in 2014 with the arrival of their first daughter, it is the dream of Cristian Zaninelli and his wife Sara who live with their four children Ginevra, Ettore, Leone and Celeste in the entirely organic farm. A small reality in the heart of Franciacorta that produces wine using the classic method, extra virgin olive oil and vegetables.
Every day we try to apply with commitment and passion our knowledge linked to the land and with the common sense that distinguishes us we pursue a continuous research that goes beyond fashions and extremist sides.
For the production of our wines - Brut and Saten - we have chosen to have vineyards distributed in all the vocational units of Franciacorta in order to have grapes that express the wide range of characteristics that this territory, so small but so heterogeneous, can give.
