Discover the 'behind the scenes' of Perlage's organic production and end the visit with a tasting rich in aromas and flavors typical of our food and wine culture.
The experience in detail:
We will start with a guided tour among the tanks and autoclaves, with an in-depth explanation of the production process, then proceed to discover the ancient aging amphorae, until reaching the bottling area. The activity continues with the tasting of our best organic wines, paired with local cured meats and cheeses.
