La Ribolla Gialla di Villa Vitas incarna la tradizione vitivinicola del Friuli Venezia Giulia, un vitigno autoctono coltivato sin dal 1300 che continua a sorprendere per eleganza e complessità. Si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino dai riflessi smeraldo e un bouquet delicato di mela verde e rosa bianca, che esprimono freschezza e finezza aromatica.

Al palato rivela una piacevole mineralità e note fruttate di mela verde e agrumi, che donano equilibrio e leggerezza, rendendola un vino vivace e rinfrescante.

Perfetta come aperitivo, si abbina splendidamente ad antipasti di mare, piatti a base di baccalà, crostini e carni bianche.

We had an amazing experience at this winery! The staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, and friendly. They took the time to explain the entire winemaking process, and we learned so much about how the wine is produced. It was both interesting and enjoyable. And, of course, the wine was absolutely delicious - some of the best we’ve tasted! We highly recommend visiting this winery to anyone looking for a memorable and authentic wine experience. <3 Best regards from Poland!:)
