For us, a product is only natural if it supports the environment and, consequently, is also healthy. We have chosen to produce authentic Franciacorta in a natural way and to constantly renew ourselves in order to be ever closer to man: for this reason our research never stops and we continue to deepen our knowledge so that drinking quality wine is not only a pleasure, but also an aid to health.

Thanks to the excellent vegetative state and the deep knowledge of our vineyards, in the different stages of winemaking we can use fewer quantities of exogenous additions and it is also for this reason that the use of sulphites on our Franciacorta is constantly decreasing, while other potential allergens, such as milk derivatives and eggs traditionally used in oenology in the clarification phase, have been completely eliminated.

Ambiente molto accogliente e vini di grande qualità. Conoscere nel dettaglio i processi e la storia è stato molto interessante e coinvolgente. Rilassante e molto piacevole la degustazione grazie alla qualità dei vini ma sopratutto grazie alla passione molto coinvolgente del personale che ci ha accompagnato in questa “avventura”. Due ore splendide!!! Grazie!

La visita è stata fantastica sotto ogni punto di vista. La persona che ci ha guidato alla scoperta della cantina parlava benissimo inglese e ha adeguato le informazioni al nostro livello di conoscenza, regalandoci un'esperienza davvero personalizzata. La cantina si trova in luogo incantevole, tra i borghi di pietra e le colline che caratterizzano la zona pedemontana della Franciacorta. Non voglio spoilerare nulla, ma la struttura che ospita la cantina ha una storia unica nel panorama franciacortino. I vini in degustazione erano davvero eccezionali. Nuovamente, non voglio spoilerare nulla, ma alcuni spumanti di Mirabella sono prodotti più unici che rari in Franciacorta. Consiglio vivamente di degustare il Demetra Rosé Brut Nature Millesimato 2015 (se disponibile).

Ci hanno regalo questa visita guidata ed è stata una ottima esperienza. Ci ha accompagnato una persona appassionata che ci ha saputo parlare in modo "semplice" e compresbibile anche a chi ha competenze enologiche elementari. La degustazioe finale è stata una degna conclusione.
