Visit our terraced hillside vineyards to discover the grapes and terroir of the easternmost part of Franciacorta with our Production Manager Paolo!

Starting from the winery, after a brief introduction to the area and the family history, we will proceed through the vineyards to explore in detail our grapes and the characteristics of our terroir: heading towards Cudola, a Pinot Noir vineyard located at 300 meters altitude.
Once back, we will continue with a tour of the production cellar, which includes an explanation of the Franciacorta Method and our wines. The experience concludes with a Revelation tasting of 2 glasses accompanied by a plate of local products - curated by Boccon d'Oro Events.
For this event, in addition to appropriate clothing, it is necessary to wear suitable shoes or boots for mountain trekking - otherwise, participation in the experience will not be possible.
The experience includes:
- Trekking session lasting approximately 2 hours
- Cellar tour with an explanation of our philosophy, the Franciacorta method, and our wines
- Tasting of 2 glasses of our wines, chosen from Franciacorta DOCG and local reds
- Tasting plate consisting of: potato rosti with robiola fondue, Brescia salami, aged Maniva DOP cheese from Valtrompia, and polenta ingot with crispy peppered bacon
- Water, bread, and cover charge
Possibility to add glasses to the tasting on-site, including reserves, at an additional cost.

At the peak of the Casaglio hill in Gussago (Brescia), in the easternmost part of Franciacorta, stands Le Cantorie, a family-run winery. Here, among the green rows and the blue sky, rises an elegant and imposing structure, clad with locally hand-crafted stones sourced directly from the hill where the vineyards grow.
Founded in 2005 thanks to the idea of Emiliano and Maria's third daughter, Elisabetta, Le Cantorie is today a small gem not only architecturally but also, and above all, in terms of production. From the first few hundred bottles, over the last twenty years, Le Cantorie has reached a production of 75,000 bottles a year, all produced with the 14 hectares of owned vineyards, located near the winery and only in hilly positions.
The management of the winery is in the hands of sisters Erika and Elisabetta, the first wine producers in the family that has always worked in the wine industry. Every weekend, together with an all-female team, they open the doors of the winery to tell the story of the family and the philosophy that guides them. All experiences include a visit to the entire structure: an immersive experience discovering panoramic points, historic vineyards, thermo-conditioned steel tanks, large stacks, and oak barrels for wine aging, immersed in an environment that skillfully mixes stone, glass, and wood.
