Get carried away by nature and experience a yoga class overlooking our vineyards. Continue with an interesting tour of the winery and then return to the vineyard for a picnic.
Program
- 09:00 | Meet at Le Cantorie Franciacorta
- 09:00 - 10:00 | Vinyasa Yoga class with our instructor Laura: the class is suitable for all levels, surrounded by nature and overlooking our vineyards.
- 10:30 | Guided tour of the winery and production areas with explanation of the Franciacorta method and the wines we produce.
- 11:30 | Picnic in the vineyard with glass goblets, cutlery, freeze bag for wine and a soft blanket to relax on the grass.
The picnic box is per couple, and includes:
- A bottle of Franciacorta DOCG Satèn "Armonia"
- A bottle of water 50 ml
- Crispy baked goods
- Vegetable strudel
- 5-legume quinoa salad, confit cherry tomatoes, curried chicken strips and soy sauce
- Stewed rump of beef on a bed of green salad, Maniva dop cheese shavings and lemon citronette
- Small sweet pastries

At the peak of the Casaglio hill in Gussago (Brescia), in the easternmost part of Franciacorta, stands Le Cantorie, a family-run winery. Here, among the green rows and the blue sky, rises an elegant and imposing structure, clad with locally hand-crafted stones sourced directly from the hill where the vineyards grow.
Founded in 2005 thanks to the idea of Emiliano and Maria's third daughter, Elisabetta, Le Cantorie is today a small gem not only architecturally but also, and above all, in terms of production. From the first few hundred bottles, over the last twenty years, Le Cantorie has reached a production of 75,000 bottles a year, all produced with the 14 hectares of owned vineyards, located near the winery and only in hilly positions.
The management of the winery is in the hands of sisters Erika and Elisabetta, the first wine producers in the family that has always worked in the wine industry. Every weekend, together with an all-female team, they open the doors of the winery to tell the story of the family and the philosophy that guides them. All experiences include a visit to the entire structure: an immersive experience discovering panoramic points, historic vineyards, thermo-conditioned steel tanks, large stacks, and oak barrels for wine aging, immersed in an environment that skillfully mixes stone, glass, and wood.
