With the arrival of spring, the highly requested Picnic in the Vineyard returns, accompanied by a tour of the winery and a special picnic box to relax in our hillside vineyards with breathtaking views, tasting our Franciacorta and savoring the exquisite dishes offered by our partner Boccon d'Oro Events.

Following the tour, enjoy a picnic among the hillside vineyards overlooking Franciacorta.
The picnic box is for two and includes:
- A bottle of Franciacorta DOCG
- A 50 ml bottle of water
- Gourmet club sandwich with turkey, tomatoes, and club sauce
- Cold whole wheat pasta with vegetables
- Veal with tuna sauce on a bed of mixed greens and caper flower
- Small pastries and baked goods
We will provide our glass goblets, a freeze bag to keep our wine cool, cutlery, and a soft blanket to spread on the grass.
Options available for vegetarian/vegan menu variations or specific allergies and intolerances.

At the peak of the Casaglio hill in Gussago (Brescia), in the easternmost part of Franciacorta, stands Le Cantorie, a family-run winery. Here, among the green rows and the blue sky, rises an elegant and imposing structure, clad with locally hand-crafted stones sourced directly from the hill where the vineyards grow.
Founded in 2005 thanks to the idea of Emiliano and Maria's third daughter, Elisabetta, Le Cantorie is today a small gem not only architecturally but also, and above all, in terms of production. From the first few hundred bottles, over the last twenty years, Le Cantorie has reached a production of 75,000 bottles a year, all produced with the 14 hectares of owned vineyards, located near the winery and only in hilly positions.
The management of the winery is in the hands of sisters Erika and Elisabetta, the first wine producers in the family that has always worked in the wine industry. Every weekend, together with an all-female team, they open the doors of the winery to tell the story of the family and the philosophy that guides them. All experiences include a visit to the entire structure: an immersive experience discovering panoramic points, historic vineyards, thermo-conditioned steel tanks, large stacks, and oak barrels for wine aging, immersed in an environment that skillfully mixes stone, glass, and wood.
